What matters to buyers
Compare real Chinese-language tasks, latency, availability, privacy, tool integration and total cost. A public ranking is a starting point, not a procurement decision.
The application layer
As foundation models become more accessible, value moves toward data, workflows, evaluation and service delivery. Local implementation may matter as much as raw model capability.
